**Terms and Conditions of Use**

2. **Services Provided**
SEAP Training Solutions offers professional training services, including but not limited to project management, Lean, Six Sigma, and other related courses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

3. **User Registration**
To access certain services, you may be required to register an account by providing personal information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. **Intellectual Property**
All content, materials, and resources provided by SEAP Training Solutions, including course materials, videos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of SEAP Training Solutions. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

5. **User Conduct**
You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the functionality of our services or infringe on the rights of other users. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, hacking, or distributing harmful software.

6. **Limitation of Liability**
SEAP Training Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any event shall not exceed the fees paid by you for our services.

7. **Governing Law**

**Refund Policy**
​
1. **Course Enrollment and Payment**
All fees for course enrollments at SEAP Training Solutions are payable in full before the start of the training. By enrolling, you agree to the fees outlined at the time of registration.

2. **Refund Eligibility**
Full Refund - You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the start of the course.
Partial Refund - A 50% refund will be provided if you cancel your enrollment within 3 to 6 days before the course start date.
No Refund - No refunds will be issued if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the course start date, or after the course has commenced.

3. **Refund Process**
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@pmlms.com and will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

4. Course Cancellation by SEAP Training Solutions
If SEAP Training Solutions cancels a course for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund. We will notify you of the cancellation and process your refund within 7 business days.

5. Changes to Courses
SEAP Training Solutions reserves the right to modify course content, trainers, or schedules without notice. If significant changes are made, and you are dissatisfied, you may request a course transfer.
